Habitat:
Found in Amur-Ussuri region of Siberia.
Northern China and Korea

Social Behavior:
Male tiger is solitary, shunning other males.
Allows tigers to pass through territory but more tolerant of females.

Breeding:
Up to 6 cubs. Usually 3-4 cubs.

Food:
Deer, boar, elk, lynx, bear, fish, rabbits, and hares.

 Hunting:
Siberian Tiger spends a lot of time hunting because only one of ten of its hunting trips are successful.

Conservation Status:
Estimated to be no more than 200 animals in wild.

Lifespan:
Up to 25 years

Interesting Information:
Biggest cat in the world.
Excellent binocular and color vision. Night vision is 5 times better than human.
Its large and heavily muscled body gives the tiger tremendous strength.
It is capable of eating 100 lb. in one sitting.
Heaviest Siberian tiger in record is 850 lb!
